Kyle C. Beardsley, B.A., University of Maryland; Ph.D. (2006), University of California, San Diego. Specialization: international relations, conflict and peace processes, empirical methodology. Current research projects include exploring the benefits and risks of third-party peacemakers and peacekeepers in international conflict, the influence of UN Security Council resolutions, the ability for nuclear weapons to shape crisis behavior, and the role of gender in peacekeeping. |
